Taxes and Customs Fees

European Union

  • Prices include all applicable taxes for orders delivered to countries within the European Union.

Outside the European Union

  • Prices are displayed excluding taxes.
  • Orders may be subject to customs duties and local taxes, payable directly to the courier upon delivery.
  • The customer/recipient is responsible for paying these additional charges.

Parcel Refusal

If a parcel is refused due to customs fees, HOMECORE reserves the right to charge the initial customs duties incurred to recover the merchandise. These charges will be deducted from the final refund.

    These costs and formalities are the responsibility of the customer/consignee. They are to be paid to the carrier at the time of delivery. You are responsible for the payment of all governmental taxes, administrative fees and customs duties charged by a carrier when you use the website or make a purchase.
    In the event that the recipient refuses the package due to additional customs duties charged to the recipient upon receipt, HOMECORE reserves the right to charge the amount of such customs duties originally due by the customer in order to retrieve the merchandise.

    Non-EU country charges and formalities apply, and are the responsibility of the customer/recipient. They are to be paid to the carrier at the time of delivery. You are responsible for the payment of all government taxes, administration fees and customs duties charged by a carrier when using the website or making a purchase.

    What are the delivery times?

    Once your payment has been confirmed, we guarantee a preparation and shipping time for your order between 48 to 72  hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

    Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you must add the delivery time. This time depends on the chosen transport solution and the country of delivery.

    Please note : Pre ordered and/or limited edition items usually have delayed delivery times. These items are delivered within the time frame indicated in the product description.

    Can I ship to a place other than my home?

    Your personal account HOMECORE allows you to register multiple delivery addresses. You can choose to have it delivered to you but also at your place of work.

    (Warning: when you choose to be delivered to your workplace, you accept the responsibility of a third party for the reception of your order).

     

    Important :  DHL packages placed in pick-up relays or in postal centers will be kept for 14 days.
